You can delete your ImHavingOne account and the data on it whenever you like.
In the app (fastest)
- Open ImHavingOne and tap Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, date of birth, gender and profile photo.
- All your moments and their photos.
- Your friends, requests, favourites, blocks and KaClinks.
- Your phone's notification details.
- Your mobile number is released, so it can be used again.
This happens straight away. We keep one anonymous record with no name, number or photos so that safety reports about the account stay valid. Database backups clear within about 7 days.
Can't get into the app?
Email support@imhavingone.com from the address you registered with, or tell us the mobile number on the account, and we will arrange the deletion.
