Terms of Use

Who can use ImHavingOne

• You must be at least 18 and of legal drinking age where you live.
• You must give true details, keep your password to yourself, and keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on it.
• One person, one account. Do not pretend to be someone else.

Drink responsibly

• ImHavingOne is a way to share a relaxed moment with friends. It is not a drinking game. There are no scores, rankings or prizes for how much anyone drinks, and nobody's drink count is shown to others.
• Please never drink and drive, and never encourage anyone to drink more than they want to. Do not post anything that does.
• We do not sell alcohol and do not give health advice.

What you post

You own your photos and details. By posting a moment you let us store it and show it to the friends you have chosen, so the app can work. That permission ends when you delete it or your account.

• Only post photos of your drink or your surroundings that you are happy for friends to see. Do not post photos of other people without their say-so.
• Nothing nude or sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, illegal or dangerous, and nothing that shows or involves anyone under 18.
• No spam, scams, impersonation, or attempts to find out where someone is when they do not want to be found.

Staying safe

• You can report or block anyone from their card in the app. Reports are reviewed by a person, and we act on them quickly.
• We may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without warning where safety is at risk.
• Sharing your location carries some risk. Only accept friends you know, and set your location accuracy to a level you are comfortable with.

Using the app

• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app, or use it to collect other people's information.
• The app depends on your phone's camera, location and notifications working, and on a connection. We cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile, under Delete my account. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms.

Our responsibility

We provide ImHavingOne as it is, and do our best to keep it running well. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the app, from what other users post or do, or from anything beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app first, and by continuing to use the app you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
