Common questions
- I didn't get my verification code: check the number is correct and your phone has signal, then request a new code.
- I forgot my password: on the login screen tap Forgot password and we'll send a code.
- Why can't I see a friend on the map? They only appear while they have a recent moment, and only if you're friends.
- How do I report or block someone? Open their card on the map, tap the three dots and choose Report or Block.
- How do I delete my account? Profile, then Delete my account. More at /legal/delete-account.
